DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nDIRECT TAXES COMMITTEE\n\n\nChairman :\nDinesh Poddar\n\n\n\nThe constant changing tax laws makes it imperative for tax professionals to refresh their memory about amendments applicable from A Y 2020-21 under the Income-tax Act before the return filling season begins . \nFurther\, the taxation of Companies has undergone a significant change with the insertion of section 115BAA and 115BAB gives option to the companies to select a lower taxation rate which comes with conditions to be fulfilled\, which are applicable from AY 2020-21 onwards.
