R. Krishnan\, Rajiv Luthia\n\n\n\nThe GST law was always planned to be a document driven law with prime focus on matching of invoices for claim of credit. The fundamental idea of matching of invoices was to eliminate the wrongful claims being taken by the trade and industry. \nThe first version GST returns broken in three phases i.e. GSTR – 1\, GSTR – 2 and GSTR – 3 was too difficult to comply with the same and accordingly a stop gap arrangement in GSTR – 3B was made. \nWith a further attempt to meet the objective of matching invoices\, the Government has introduced new system of filing GSTR returns. To further strengthen the objective\, E-Invoicing is considered to be a foundation pillar for the same. \nThe Chamber of Tax Consultants (Chamber) is committed to familiarize and update its members to perform the professional duties in efficient and committed manner. In pursuit of this objective\, The Chamber is organising half day workshop wherein the experts will provide a detailed explanation of new returns and E-Invoicing along with a demo of E-Invoicing. \n\n\n\nDays & Date\n:\nSaturday\, 7th March\, 2020\n\n\nTime\n:\n9.00 am to 1.00 pm\n\n\nVenue\n:\nWalchand Hirachand Hall\, 4th Floor\, IMC\, Churchgate\, Mumbai- 400 020\n\n\nFees\n:\nMember: ₹ 800/- + ₹ 144/- (18% GST) = ₹ 944/-\nCTC-Students: ₹ 500/- + ₹ 90/- (18% GST) = ₹ 590/-\nNon Member: ₹ 950/- + ₹ 171/- (18% GST) = ₹ 1121/-\n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nSr. No. \nTopics \nSpeakers \n\n\n1\nE-Invoicing under GST \nCA Sumit Jhunjhunwala\n\n\n2\nLive Demo on E-Invoicing\nCA Mitesh Katira\n\n\n3\nNew GST Returns\n CA Vikram Mehta\n\n\n\n
