Guidance Note on Reports or Certificates for Special Purposes issued by ICAI provides guidance for issue of audit reports and certificates for special purposes. However\, many of the Practitioners are finding it difficult understand and implement this Guidance Note and there is lack of understanding of process to be followed and documentation required for issue of such audit reports and certificates. Even if the process given under the Guidance Note is followed there is no proper documentation for the audit reports or certificate issued.
