DESCRIPTION:\nRecently\, the Hon’ble Supreme Court gave a landmark ruling on various aspects and concepts under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act\, 2002 in case of Vijay Madanlal Choudhary & Ors. vs. UOI & Ors. (Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No. 4634 of 2014).
