DESCRIPTION:The Pune Study Group of The Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC) has organised a Study Group Meeting on “Claiming Customs duty benefit under Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) & related complexities” scheduled on 29th March\, 2025. The details of the meeting which will be held via Zoom are as follows: \nCoverage – FTAs are a great tool to eliminate/reduce Customs duty in EXIM supply chain. However\, claiming such benefit at times is complex and lacks clarity in procedures\, specifically after introduction of stringent compliance requirements namely CAROTAR.
