SUMMARY:Lecture Meeting on “The Framework of Adjudication under Companies Act\, 2013 – RD and ROC Orders\, Related Provisions\, Amendments\, E –Adjudication (Virtual Mode)
DESCRIPTION:Recently\, the Registrar of Companies and the Regional Directors across the various jurisdictions in India have issued multiple Adjudication Orders for a numerous contravention under the Companies Act\, 2013. The Orders have levied hefty penalties that have a far-reaching effect on the Companies in India.
