DESCRIPTION:Recently\, various Courts have decided on certain important matters and have laid down principles determining the interpretation under the GST Law. Some of the important decisions: \n\nThe Bombay High Court (Goa Bench) quashes GST demand Order against Goa University holding that no GST on Affiliation\, Migration or Sports Fees received by university.\nThe Karnataka High Court held that sale of semi-finished (under construction) shopping mall is not amenable to GST.\nThe Kerala High Court has struck down certain provisions of the CGST and KGST Acts and held that the principle of mutuality still continues.\n\nAbout the Speaker:  V. Raghuraman is a designated Senior Advocate.
