SUMMARY:LECTURE MEETING ON COMPANIES ACT\, SCHEDULE III DISCLOSURES AND CARO 2020
DESCRIPTION:The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) have vide notification dated 24.3.2021 has made significant amendments in Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013 dealing with presentation of and disclosures in the financial statements. Also\, MCA has brought changes in Companies (Auditor’s Report) Order (CARO)\, 2020 vide its order dated 25.2.2020 whereby onerous responsibilities has been cast on auditors to report on certain additional matters.
