Thakkar\n\n\n\nDear Member\, \nThe FEMA Study Circle for this academic year would focus on covering some important Master Directions in detail alongwith its FAQ and suitable case studies to help built understanding of all/some important practical aspects of the Master Direction. \nWith this background in mind the third in this series of Master Direction to be elaborately covered would be; Discussion on Master Direction on Deposit and Accounts\, updated as on September 03\, 2019 (alongwith recent amendment to Deposits regulations) including FAQ on Accounts in India by Nonresidents updated as on April 25\, 2019 and FAQ on Foreign currency Accounts by Resident Individuals with practical case studies. \nIn addition\, we intend to also cover the Notification No. FEMA. 395/2019-RB Foreign Exchange Management (Mode of Payment and Reporting of Non-Debt Instruments) Regulations\, 2019 dated October 17\, 2019. \nWith a view to understand the aforementioned regulations in detail and gain perspective on the recent updates and the framework of newly introduced regulations we have arranged this meeting for the benefit of the members. \n\n\n\nDay & Date\n:\nMonday\, 13th January\, 2020\n\n\nTime\n:\n6.15 pm to 8.00 pm\n\n\nVenue\n:\nCTC Conference Room\, 3\, Rewa Chambers\, Gr.
