DESCRIPTION:The International Taxation Committee of The Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC) has organised a FEMA Study Circle Meeting on “Panel discussion on the practical issues faced by Professionals under FEMA with a focus on LRS\, TCS and ODI”  is scheduled on 23rd May 2023. \nAs you all are aware that the FEMA Regulations and their interpretations have remained a matter of debate at various forums. The frequency of changes in the regulations\, circulars\, FAQ issues\, views taken by the Bankers\, etc. has kept this area dynamic and kept professionals and stakeholders on our toes. In this study circle meeting\, we have invited multiple FEMA practioners as panelist to discuss the practical issues faced by them in their day to day practice and take the participants through the Jigsaw Puzzle.
