DESCRIPTION:\nThe International Taxation Committee of The Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC) has organized a FEMA Study Circle Meeting on “FEMA from the auditor’s perspective” [Hybrid Mode]  and is scheduled on 10th August 2023.As you all are aware that the cross border transactions will always have an implications from the FEMA perspective and as an auditor one needs to check whether the same has been complied with. In this study circle meeting\, the speaker will cover a few basic aspects of FEMA and key points which needs to be looked through from the auditor’s lens.
