DESCRIPTION:The Chamber of Tax Consultants jointly with Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society\, is pleased to announce a Brain Trust Session on selective issues under FEMA. \nFEMA has been a fluid and frequently amended law. Especially\, last 2-3 years have witnessed a lot of new regulations/notifications and several substantive amendments thereto. Due to language of the law\, there are several interpretation issues and difficulties faced by persons obliged to comply the law. Contraventions continue to invite penal consequences.
